It only took a spark to get the fire going. As a child, Alexandé York developed a deep fascination with Greek mythology—hence the name Artemis. Over the years, this fascination grew, eventually spilling over into a love for media that now overflows with creativity and passion. During his time earning a bachelor’s degree, a minor in film became the catalyst for Alexandé to find his entrepreneurial sweet spot. He realized that merging storytelling with the power of media was where his true talent lay.
Thus, in 2021, Artemis was born, originally as a marketing business. Alexandé spent countless nights crafting the perfect branding strategy, not stopping until he was fully content with his creation. Eager to hone his skills, he earned multiple certificates in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design—piecing together the puzzle that would define his brand.
But through trial and error, it became clear that Artemis wasn’t meant to be just a marketing business. A pivotal realisation led to the evolution of Alexandé the Artist, a more fitting representation of the Artemis legacy. This journey included studying color theory, taking art classes, painting 9 major and multiple smaller art pieces, and even crafting a bachelor’s thesis on art galleries. However, the realities of pursuing an art career showed him that this path might be more fitting for a later chapter in his life.
The entrepreneurial sweet spot, Alexandé discovered, lies where passion, talent, and market demand intersect. And so, in 2024, Artemis evolved into a full-fledged media business specializing in videography—an exciting new chapter for Alexandé, combining his love of storytelling, film, and creativity. Ready to collaborate and create magic, Artemis now stands as a testament to the power of growth, perseverance, and finding one's true calling.
